2023 New Years Holiday painting.

Every year I paint a Holiday painting which is mailed out as an image on postcards to welcome the New Year.

Cardinals are seen as a positive sign. They symbolize friendship, love, devotion, hope, strength, and endurance. Red Cardinals are a bright color of joy, especially during the Holiday season. They rarely migrate, so they are considered birds of the snow. During the winter season, they seek out dense areas of evergreen trees to hunker down in groups.
