RETURNS
Below is information regarding returns and cancellations.
It is important to me that you feel happy and satisfied with your new artwork.
You will pay for shipping returns or agreed upon exchanges.
Please request a print or artwork cancellation within the same day of purchase.
Returns: If a piece is damaged during shipping, or an incorrect print order is received, please send an email that includes the invoice number and artwork images of the damaged work, to christine@christineobrien.com within 5 days of receiving your artwork/print.The incorrect or damaged product must be returned (in same condition if an incorrect print) within 14 days from receipt.
If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the item(s) purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Print Exchange, if the print was incorrectly sent from us or received damaged: Once the incorrect or damaged print is received, an exchange will be made for the same print or the correct print–of equal value as the size and title of the original purchase.
Delivery: If your parcel is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information sent via your end, or you did not collect your parcel from your local pick-up facility in a timely manner, you will have to pay for the costs of re-shipments.
