Shipping and Returns
All US domestic purchases for work that is not oversized will be shipped priority, 1 -3 business day delivery, via USPS. (Oversized pieces will be noted “**” in the shop descriptions). Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout before purchase. The shipping charge includes packing and boxing. All work is professionally packed. See below.
Domestic: US Shipping costs are determined based on the dimensions and weight of the artwork(s), as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling.
International: Please contact us for an international quote on all artwork. Note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees according to your country's regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. My artwork is professionally packaged and boxed. I take pride in the importance of your valuable original or print arriving in pristine condition. Because my canvases are hand-stretched, they are sent stretched, not rolled. Prints that are not oversized are sent flat. A hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity is included in your package.
All sales are final. Exceptions will be made if the piece is damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within seven days of receiving your artwork. If there are extenuating concerns, please contact me within seven days of receiving your artwork.
Residents living in and around Ventura County are welcome to pick up artwork in person. Use the coupon code PICKUPCAO at checkout for free shipping and then email me so we can coordinate a time and date for a studio pickup.
